Lisburn based Mzuri Holdings, today announced the acquisition of the ecommerce company makemyblinds.co.uk. This acquisition facilitates the Groups further expansion within the ecommerce sector.
Makemyblinds.co.uk was established in Bristol in 2017, offering a comprehensive selection of window blinds online to consumers across the UK. The company will continue to operate under current management.
Commenting on the acquisition, Group Financial Director, Jonathan McCluggage said,
