The Mzuri Group which owns Decora, has announced today they have acquired Vako, a leading international supplier of window blind systems.
Established in The Netherlands since 1984, Vako design, manufacture and distribute their own window blind solutions worldwide with warehousing facilities in Holland, Finland and USA. The acquisition also incorporates Domicet in Finland which distributes high quality sun protection components and textiles.
The company employs 60 people and will continue to operate independently under current management.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
